Our modern "Moon-River" conference centre, situated on the 2nd floor of the hotel, was designed to fulfil the requirements of our clients. It is a two-hall complex of the total area of 90 m². The halls may be either joined or separated, depending on the size of the group and on the purpose of the meeting.

Our guests are welcome to use the highest quality equipment: 2 multimedia projectors, 2 pulled-out screens, a presentation board, PA system with wireless microphones, and high speed wi-fi internet connection (symmetrical, up to 100 mbps).

Hotel restaurant Vanilla Sky  guarantees quality catering services in the form of varied coffee breaks or the extended lunch menu . The versatility of the interior makes it possible to organise both official receptions and dance parties – the small scene and the dancefloor have a professional PA and lighting system. The large terrace, with a breathtaking view on the Vistula and the Salwator district, will be a perfect place to take a breather.

For all interested in organizing an intimate business meeting, we would like to offer renting our luxury apartment "Sun" at preferential rates.

This air-conditioned room with an area of 25 sq.m. offers a large amount of sunlight, and also has a terrace overlooking the Vistula River. This makes it an ideal meeting place for a group of up to 16 people.

The rental rate depends on the date of the organization of meeting.
 

We also have an intimate, air-conditioned VIP room, which can accommodate
up to 6 people. It is suitable for small business meetings, interviews, etc.
